Best air fryer healthy recipes?
Finally got an air fryer and I'm obsessed. What healthy recipes work best in it? So far I've only made chicken breast (game changer btw — so juicy compared to oven).
Air fryer staples:
- Chicken thighs (375F, 20 min, crispy skin)
- Roasted broccoli (400F, 8 min, better than oven)
- Sweet potato fries (380F, 15 min)
- Salmon (400F, 8-10 min)
- Brussels sprouts (375F, 15 min, halved)
- Tofu (400F, 15 min, press first — gets SO crispy)
