Finally got an air fryer and I'm obsessed. What healthy recipes work best in it? So far I've only made chicken breast (game changer btw — so juicy compared to oven).

Air fryer staples:

  • Chicken thighs (375F, 20 min, crispy skin)
  • Roasted broccoli (400F, 8 min, better than oven)
  • Sweet potato fries (380F, 15 min)
  • Salmon (400F, 8-10 min)
  • Brussels sprouts (375F, 15 min, halved)
  • Tofu (400F, 15 min, press first — gets SO crispy)

Air fryer eggs! 270F for 15 min = perfect hard boiled eggs with no boiling water. Batch cook a dozen on Sunday. Game changer for meal prep.

Air fryer chicken breast tip: brine it first (salt water for 30 min). Then 375F for 12 min. Most juicy chicken breast you'll ever have. I do 5 at a time for meal prep.

Crispy chickpeas in the air fryer: drain canned chickpeas, toss with olive oil + spices, 400F for 15 min. Crunchy protein snack. Way better than oven-roasted.

Air fryer is the best thing to happen to lazy cooks. I make chicken + veggies in one basket in 15 min. Complete meal, one thing to clean. Peak lazy health.

Keto air fryer wings: no breading needed. Just season and cook at 400F for 25 min, flip halfway. Crispy without any carbs. Better than restaurant wings.

Trying the broccoli and sweet potato fries tonight! Also the hard boiled egg trick is brilliant. This air fryer was the best kitchen purchase I've ever made.

Pro tip: invest in silicone liners for your air fryer. Makes cleanup even easier and food doesn't stick. Amazon, like $8 for a pack.
